 主要用途

本機可對金屬、非金屬及復合材料進行力學性能測試和分析研究,廣泛應用于石油化工、機械制造、塑料橡膠、陶瓷建材、金屬材料、建筑工程等行業,以及高等院校、科研機構、技術監督、質檢站所等部門。
可根據GB/ISO/ASTM/JIS/DIN等標準選配不同附具后可進行拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剝離、剪切、撕裂、刺破、頂破,可檢測材料的屈服強度、抗拉(壓、彎)強度、延伸率、非比例強度、彈性模量等參數。
控制系統軟件采用基于WINDOWS操作系統作為平臺,具有運行速度快,界面溫和,操作簡單等特點,可滿足不同材料的試驗測量需要。如有特殊要求,軟件可定做,并可按用戶要求擴展軟件功能。
測量系統:
負荷測量:采用0.05%FS高穩定性、高精度輪輻式拉壓傳感器,配以高性能的測量放大系統,保證了試驗力的高分辨率。
試樣變形測量:通過大變形測量系統或電子引申計(小變形測量),采用24位A/D轉換單片機采集系統,經計算機控制數據處理,實現試樣的變形測量。
位移測量:采用2000P/R高精度光電編碼器與精密絲杠同軸轉動,通過數字電路實現衡量位移(即上下夾頭相對位移)的測量。
傳動控制系統
該機采用雙空間門式結構,上空間拉伸,下空間壓縮、彎曲。主機部分由立柱、上橫梁、中橫梁、工作臺組成門式框架,調速系統安裝在工作臺下部,由調速精度高、范圍寬、性能穩定的伺服電機通過同步齒形帶減速系統帶動滾珠絲杠副旋轉,滾珠絲杠副驅動中橫梁,帶動拉伸附具(或壓縮、彎曲附具)上下移動,實現試樣的加荷和卸載。該結構具有高剛度、高效率、傳動穩定等優點。
試驗力控制系統
采用計算機結合先進的電子技術、實現標準化、單元化控制,具有加載平穩、測量準確、采集頻率高等特點。自動采集處理試驗數據,繪制多種曲線并打印試驗報告。
